Online Coaching-OPAL® (Online Internet/Intranet-based Performance and Learning)
Online Intranet-based Performance and Learning (OPAL) is the first comprehensive performance enhancement system developed specifically for the intranet. The tools your employees need to build skills and perform better on the job—such as insightful information, action planners, self-assessments, worksheets, performance tools, and more—are presented via the intranet on a clear, intuitive interface right at their PCs.
Because the information is delivered online, it's presented in the same way to each employee. With OPAL, the skills developed are consistent across all locations. This will be particularly relevant in a group, which has several operations in different countries.
