POSITION: Senior HR Consultant

Senior HR Consultant:

The primary focus the Senior Human Resources Consultant is to provide HR-focused consultancy services to our clients in the following areas: Defining Competency Profiles, Managing Digital Transformation Projects, Implementing Next-Generation Assessment and Development Center practices, Designing Experiential Learning and Development Journeys, Developing Talent Management Systems, and Talent Analytics.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Designing, developing, executing, presenting and delivering HR consulting projects.
  • Delivering training on human resources and leadership development
  • Managing client needs and expectations to enhance collaboration
  • Engaging in business and product development activities.


Required Qualifications:

  • University degree in business, human resources, social sciences, or a related field. Masters degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of relevant experience in Human Resources; especially in competency models.
  • High customer focus and business acumen
  • Fluent English in both speaking and writing
  • Proven track record in project management.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS office applications.
  • For male candidates: Completion of military service/exemption from military service.

POSITION: Freelance Consultant

In line with the growth in demand for our services, we are recruiting Freelance Human Resources Consultants to strengthen our team.

Freelance Consultant

Our freelance consulting position is for professionals with experience in the human resources field who can adapt to the flexible working conditions outlined below. The primary responsibility of the consultant in this position will be to support assessment center projects and/or deliver training. Appointments to either or both assessment center and training projects will be based on the consultant's experience and qualifications.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Support the structuring and evaluation of assessment center projects
  • Preparing detailed assessment center reports
  • Conduct feedback and development planning meetings with assessment center participants
  • Deliver training for our international business partners with a broad portfolio of expertise in workforce and leadership development

Required Qualifications:

  • University degree in business, human resources, social sciences or a related field.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in Human Resources; especially in competency models.
  • 5+ years of experience in developing and delivering training programs.
  • Preferably experienced with behavior-based assessment center applications
  • Highly customer-focused.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
  • Fluent English in both speaking and writing
  • Proven track record in project management
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
