Senior HR Consultant:

The primary focus of the role is to provide HR consulting to our clients in the areas of Competency Profiling, Selection and Assessment Systems, Learning and Development Program Delivery, Performance and Talent Management system design.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Providing professional expertise in the design, development, implementation, delivery, and management of HR consulting projects.
  • Delivering training programs on human resources and leadership development related topics.
  • Managing client relationships to enhance business results.
  • Engaging in business and product development activities.


Required Qualifications:

  • University degree in business, human resources, social sciences, or a related field. Masters degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of relevant experience in Human Resources; especially in competency models.
  • Business acumen and customer focus.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English.
  • Proven track record in project management.
  • Strong teamwork/collaboration skills.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Ability to travel (potentially 20%).
  • Proficiency in MS office applications.
  • No military service obligation for male candidates.

POSITION: Junior/Experienced Consultant

Taurus Group Consulting – DDI Turkey, is looking for Junior/Experienced HR Consultants to join our team.

The primary focus of the role is to carry out specific tasks and responsibilities pertaining to client projects in the areas of Competency Profiling, Selection and Assessment Systems, Learning and Development Program Delivery, Performance and Talent Management system design consulting services. Our new team members will be certified in related DDI products and services.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Supporting the delivery of HR consulting projects such as competency profiling, assessment center implementation and performance & talent management system design.
  • Delivering training on human resources related topics.
  • Engaging in business and product development activities.

Required Qualifications:

  • University degree in business, human resources, social sciences, or a related field. Masters degree preferred.
  • 2+ years of relevant experience in Human Resources; especially in competency models. (Junior Consultant)
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in Human Resources; especially in competency models. (Experienced Consultant)
  • Strong customer focus.
  • Experience in utilizing technology for HR, specifically Learning & Development activities.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English.
  • Proven track record in project management.
  • Strong teamwork/collaboration skills.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • No obstacle for travel.
  • Proficiency in MS office applications.
  • Proficiency in web-based applications for assessment & development.

Freelance Consultant

The Freelance Consultant role is for Senior HR professionals with the above mentioned qualifications who prefer flexible working arrangements. The primary focus of the role is supporting assessment projects and/or delivering HR training programs. The Freelance Consultants may be involved in only one or both of the assessment and training projects depending on their qualifications.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Supporting assessment center projects with responsibilities in both project   implementation and evaluation.
  • Developing comprehensive assessment reports for clients.
  • Giving feedback and development planning sessions to assessment center participants.
  • Delivering a wide range of DDI training programs focused on workforce and leadership development.

Required Qualifications:

  • A university degree in business, human resources, social sciences, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in Human Resources; especially in competency models.
  • 5+ years of experience in delivering high impact training programs (for freelance training consultants).
  • Prior experience in behavioral assessment center implementation preferred (for freelance assessment center consultants).
  • Exceptional customer focus.
  • Strong teamwork/collaboration skills.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS office applications.
  • No military service obligation for male candidates.
