  • Develop the relevant competencies and the key actions of these competencies in high-impact virtual classroom trainings and structured coaching sessions for identified development areas,

This package is prepared for experts and potential Front line Manager candidates , includes the implementation of the Leadership Potential Early Identifier - LPEI tool to the participants, providing video-based feedback and creating a development plan, determining the strength and development areas that will be included in the development plan based on the competencies measured here. It also consists of virtual classroom trainings and development tools offered through our Pinpoint online development platform.

TAG MANAGER PACK

This package is prepared for Front Line Managers and Front Line Manager talent pool candidates, includes the implementation of a one full day Manager Ready Online Assessment Center to the participants, giving one-to-one feedback and creating a development plan, determining the strength and development areas that will be included in the development plan based on the competencies measured here. It consists of recommended virtual classroom trainings and development tools offered through our Pinpoint online development platform.

Targeted 360° Feedback Survey implementation, which includes a limited number of questions targeting to measure the progress in critical competencies focused on the development plan and to evaluate the impact of development activities on achieving business goals…
