TAG TALENT PACK, is designed to help you discover employees with high leadership potential early on and quickly train them as leaders of the future.
In the first step of the development package, employees participate in the online assessment center process, which enables the leadership potential to be discovered at an early stage. With this tool, which measures the traits, motivators and competencies required to be a successful leader, all participants can access individual assessment reports with their own username and password. Likewise, with the feedback training offered to them online through the system, participants gain awareness by obtaining detailed information about their strengths and development areas in individual assessment reports.
Following this step, all participants reach their individual development plans prepared to support their development areas. After this stage, the participants are supported by a personalized development journey consisting of coaching, virtual classroom trainings and Pinpoint online development tools created in line with the personal development plan. At the end of the assessment process, scientific data is presented to your organization to reshape talent management strategies with the 9Box report which allows you to see the future managerial candidates on a single chart.
In the Leadership Potential Early Identifier – LPEI tool, participants experience a snapshot of a manager’s life in an imaginary company and are expected to resolve various challenging situations. In addition, the participants are submitted to complete an inventory of traits and motivators. A holistic assessment report based on personality, motivation and competency is created based on the responses of the participant in this application.
Feedback Training: Participants can gain awareness about strengths and development areas and shape their development plan with the feedback training they can access through the DDI online development platform Pinpoint. Please click for the details of "Leadership Potential Early Identifier – LPEI".
This stage includes half-day virtual classroom trainings, which will be given by DDI certified trainers, in groups of up to 6 people, including participants with similar development areas, for each of the two critical competencies specified in the development plans of the leaders. Pre-study materials and post-training support materials of these trainings are also offered through Pinpoint. Pinpoint is a cloud-based development platform that allows leaders to navigate content tailored to their needs. Leaders experience a variety of learning experiences during this journey, including interactive tools, simulations, games, videos, web-based training, micro-courses, chatbots, self-assessment tools and more. With this platform, leaders can BUILD their skills with engaging web-based training, BOOST these skills with micro courses, SUSTAIN with interactive development tools, and CUSTOMIZE their learning experience as they wish.
