Leadership and Competency Development in the Digital Age

The Acceleration Center is an innovative platform designed to enable employees at all levels to rapidly develop key digital age competencies in a safe and personalized simulation environment. It aims to accelerate employees’ career development by offering personalized experiences aligned with organizational business goals.

In this program, participants are assigned to one of the Talent Cockpit, Manager Cockpit, Leader Cockpit, or Executive Cockpit platforms, depending on their level. Through selected experiential assessment and development tools, participants have the opportunity to demonstrate the competencies required for success in digital-age roles in a safe environment while receiving real-time feedback. At the end of the program, they receive a detailed performance report along with a personalized development plan, including experiential learning tools designed to enhance their digital-age skills.

DEVELOPMENT JOURNEY THROUGH EXPERIENTIAL LEARNING

The Acceleration Center adopts an experiential learning approach to support development. Participants showcase and enhance their skills in dynamic digital environments through simulations.


The key stages of this process include:

1. Experiential Assessment and Development Center

  • Participants are directed to a Cockpit platform based on their management level.
  • Selected gamified simulations ensure the measurement of defined competencies.
  • Participants receive continuous feedback during the simulation on their target achievement rates and related competencies.
  • Behavioral data obtained from personality and motivation inventories, cognitive tools, and role-playing tools are integrated with simulation data to generate a personalized report via the Talent Gateway system.

2. Personalized Development Journey

  • A feedback session is conducted based on the participant’s personalized report.
  • A customized development journey is defined according to the assessment results.
  • Leadership competencies are strengthened through self-paced learning tools, virtual instructor-led training, and coaching services included in the experiential learning toolkit.

3. Post-Test Evaluation with Experiential Learning Simulation

  • At the end of the process, participants replay the experiential learning simulation to assess their development.
  • The effectiveness of the development journey is analyzed, and a comparative progress report is provided.
  • This way, the Acceleration Center provides participants with a safe environment to showcase their digital-age competencies, discover their strengths and areas for improvement, and develop rapidly. As a result, leaders become better equipped and more conscious in preparing for the future of business.
