Development Journey Through Experiential Learning
The Acceleration Center is an innovative platform designed to enable employees at all levels to rapidly develop key digital age competencies in a safe and personalized simulation environment. It aims to accelerate employees’ career development by offering personalized experiences aligned with organizational business goals.
In this program, participants are assigned to one of the Talent Cockpit, Manager Cockpit, Leader Cockpit, or Executive Cockpit platforms, depending on their level. Through selected experiential assessment and development tools, participants have the opportunity to demonstrate the competencies required for success in digital-age roles in a safe environment while receiving real-time feedback. At the end of the program, they receive a detailed performance report along with a personalized development plan, including experiential learning tools designed to enhance their digital-age skills.
The Acceleration Center adopts an experiential learning approach to support development. Participants showcase and enhance their skills in dynamic digital environments through simulations.
