Consultant-Supported Digital Business Simulations

What makes the Pinsight experience unique is that it utilizes a live virtual business simulation. During various standardized simulation exercises, participants respond to emails and interact one-on-one with live human role-players over webcams. We strive to ensure that participants have an exceptional experience, and large majority of our participants report that they are satisfied with the assessment experience (95%), they view the assessment as fair (90%), and they intend to accept the job if offered (95%).

Two Pillars of Leadership

Our assessments measure two pillars of leadership that best predict success in leadership roles. Leadership Performance indicates how effective leaders would be in a leadership role today based on the skills they demonstrated during the business simulation. Leadership Potential, on the other hand, comes from a set of psychometric tests and predicts how quickly leaders can grow in the organization and reach new heights in their careers.

Pinsight Offers Simulations for Different Levels of Leaders

Pinsight is an industry leader in providing live, virtual simulation assessments. During the 1 to 4-hour day-in-the-life virtual assessment center, participants assume a role in a fictitious organization and role-play tasks commonly required in their work roles.

Pinsight offers simulations for different levels of leaders. A brief description of the Pinsight simulations is described below.

Leadership Simulations

  • Every Leader Simulation: a 1-2 hour experience designed to assess leaders at all levels.

  • Manager Level Simulation: a 3-4 hour experience designed for frontline managers who primarily oversee the work of non-managerial employees, or individual contributors.

  • Mid-Level Leader Simulation: a 3-4 hour experience designed for managers of managers who primarily focus on implementing strategy provided by higher levels of management, and translating it into operational reality.

  • Senior Leader Simulation: a 3-4 hour experience designed for senior executives who primarily focus on setting strategy for the organization.

Sales Simulations

  • Sales Professional Simulation: a 2-3 hour experience designed for business-to-business sales professionals who are directly responsible for aspects of the sales process and do not manage other people.

  • Sales Leader Simulation: a 3-4 hour experience designed for leaders who are responsible for setting sales strategy and managing and motivating a sales team.
